A luglio eravamo in zona in un B&B lì vicino, sul lungo mare e avendo voglia di una pizza abbiamo deciso di provare questa pizzeria in particolare, spinti anche dall'atmosfera. Ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi prima per la qualità della pizza, veramente ottima, poi per l'ambiente, vicinissimo al mare, familiare e molto chill. Ci siamo tornati anche la sera successiva, confermando l'ottima impressione iniziale

Il pub Retrò si trova in procinto della fine del lungomare di Cariati. Il locale è interamente sulla spiaggia: questo permette di cenare in un luogo ventilato con un forte odore del mare. Tra gli antipasti abbiamo scelto il tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali: salame rosso con peperone, salame piccante e formaggi. I panini si dividono tra quelli di carne e pesce: personalmente ho apprezzato molto il panino con il salmone arrostito all’interno. Oltre ai panini è possibile ordinare carne al piatto oppure misti di pesce alla brace. Ottima l’Ichnusa alla spina. Servizio preparato e gentile, prezzo davvero ottimo (4 persone abbiamo pagato circa 15-17€ a persona), potreste aspettare un po’ di tempo prima di sedervi al tavolo poiché d’Estate è molto affollato.
